Since 2016, Pierre & Vacances / Center Parcs have entered the Chinese market with local partners to design and open as many as 2 or 3 resorts every year, under 2 brands : Sunparks (equivalent to Center Parcs in Europe) and Pierre & Vacances. Many sites are identified and projects under way.

my Role 

Local PVCP  head office is in the lead to contextualize, and assist local developers in defining the products and monitoring the project & execution phases. MLF and soon C&I provide back up expertise and know-how on demand.
