The Projects

P&V has been associated to several projects by developers worldwide to create new resorts, such as :

- a Joint Venture with CBO, a local real estate developer to build a 40 hectares resort at the Reunion Island, including  for 510 units, an outdoor standalone water park and a standalone Adventure park as well as a Edutainment Botanic park.

- a Desert resort as part of a joint venture with CDG, in local development area south of Marrakech around existing golf course including Premium Pierre & Vacances Residences (280 units), MGM Residences (230 units) as well as central facilities and outdoor water park.

- Develop an eco-friendly resort including a themed water park as well as an edutainment park as a side attractions to boost the touristic appeal of the existing costal city of Oudja, Morocco.

 

my Role 

As Creative and Innovation director for Pierre & Vacances Group, who is contracted to  provide Initial concept and will set up management contract to operate when built.
